“Our experience was with their memory care unit. The woman that runs that unit, VITALIA® North Olmsted, is very dedicated to her job. She shows a genuine interest and truly cares for the residents. The caregivers are all outstanding. The facility was great. They did a wonderful job scheduling various activities that were appropriate for the residents under their care. “I love living here. I was welcomed by the staff and my neighbors. I have friends to each meals with and have been invited to join mahjong and physical therapy. Apartment sizes are great. Living room is huge and the bedroom has a queen size bed, round table and 2 chairs ,two huge dressers and a bookcase. My kids are very happy with my move.”
