From Garden Beds to BBQs: Spring at Its Best

Spring is in full swing, making it the perfect time to refresh our community’s outdoor spaces. The longer days and warmer temperatures create an ideal setting for residents to relax, socialize, and enjoy time in nature.

At Vitalia North Olmsted, we kick off our seasonal refresh with a wide range of projects. We apply fresh paint, service rooftop HVAC units, and clean fountains and ponds. Our team also removes debris from driveways and sidewalks, edges lawns, inspects gutters and pipes, and power washes the courtyards. In addition, we dust outdoor light fixtures, tidy flower beds, and replant blooms to maintain a vibrant, colorful landscape.

Our spring calendar is just as lively as the scenery. Residents enjoy cocktail-style spring fling happy hours, food truck lunches, and classic outdoor barbecues. We also host popular craft shows and our annual wheelchair and walker wash and maintenance event. These gatherings bring our community together and offer opportunities to celebrate the season in meaningful ways.

Residents also get hands-on with spring planting, growing flowers and vegetables in raised garden beds. Outdoor games and friendly competitions add excitement and connection to each day.
