“We were initially attracted by the open dining arrangement but found there is much more here that we enjoy. There are lots of activities (puzzles, chair exercises, yoga, book club, movie nights, and chair volleyball, to name a few) and off site excursions (wineries, plays, miniature golf, the beach, baseball, shopping, and more). Also, and it’s not usually mentioned, but we have a good group of residents who are friendly, look out for each other and are always willing to help. The kitchen is open 7am to 7pm, breakfast anytime. The food is wonderful. What’s not to like?!”

“Our mom, now 95 years old, has been at Vitalia North Olmsted’s Memory Care facility for about a year and a half. Always a difficult decision and transition to such a major change, but we could not be happier with our choice. The facilities are great – bright, clean, well-maintained, and lots of options both for visitors and the residents. But the staff is even better – the care and caring are terrific. The MC director Ashleigh’s energy, ideas, involvement, and positivity are exceptional. Mom is safe and cared for, which were our top priorities. The usually negative connotation of the phrase “in a home” does not apply here – they have made her (and us) feel at home. While our experience with Vitalia North Olmsted has been primarily in MC, our exposure to the Independent and Assisted Living facilities and staff has also been very positive.”
