April 28, 2023
Spring-cleaning is celebrated in cultures across the world. Due to the tilt of the Earth on its axis, the northern hemisphere begins to see the winter-scape come to life with daffodils blooming, grass greening, and temperatures warming during late March, into early April.
Spring-cleaning has grown into National Spring-Cleaning Week. This annual effort has expanded beyond house and business cleaning into peoples’ finances, technology, and other areas of a person’s life. With that in mind, Vitalia Active Adult Community – North Olmsted is looking forward to completing this year’s community-wide spring-cleaning effort!
At home, we work to make our property look nice. We clean all our windows in and out, as well as our outside patio and concrete driveway. We get our yard ready to enjoy for the summer.
Spring-cleaning makes for a healthier environment to live and work in. It’s a great feeling to start the spring and summer off with a fresh start, with a nice, clean area to enjoy.
I will also be spring-cleaning my mind and health. It’s time to get out of the house, soak up some sun, and get that good vitamin D. I’m looking forward to all the fun summer days ahead. After the long, dreary winter, there is nothing better.
This will be the third year of our tradition of spring-cleaning within the community and each year is better than the last! Come see for yourself how a clean, well-kept community brings smiles to its residents and staff.
